University Mall Office Building

This building was occupied in the fall of 2006. This is a four story office building with offices on the upper three floors and the lower floor occupied by a bank, shops and additional offices. The HVAC system consists of large rooftop heating and air conditioning units with variable volume system and DDC controls. The lower floor HVAC consists of split system heat pumps. This project consisted of considerable sheet metal work and minimal piping. The construction schedule was fast-track; we were one of the few contractors able to maintain the aggressive schedule.
