This project was occupied in January of 2005. Due to the rainy weather in 2003-2004, this project was hard to bring out of the ground. Our skid steer loader (with tracks) was the only equipment moving on the job at times. We purchased this, specifically for this job to keep our work moving so as not to hold the job up. It turned out well. The HVAC system was a four pipe hot water, chill water system with individual fan coil and air handling units and DDC controls. This project was heavy on plumbing, sheet metal and piping.
