This building had basketball and racketball courts, weight rooms, exercise rooms, class rooms, etc. The requirements were very diversified. The engineer decided on a four pipe chill water, hot water system with fan powered VAV boxes and DDC controls. Also, due to the ventilation requirements, there was extensive make-up air and heat recovery in this system. This system had it all, sheet metal, piping and plumbing.
